Returning a Bra

1 - Whooops! You bought a bra that doesn't fit. It happens.

 

2 - Items must go through this Returns Portal. Items sent without proper authorization are refused. 

 

3 - Click here to submit a return.

 

4 - If you are in Canada you can print the postage label, pack it, and drop it in any Canada Post mailbox.

 

5 - The postage will be deducted from your refund.

 

6 - You can ship the item on your own and cover your own postage. Items must be shipped with tracking/insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

7 - If you are sending a return from the US, please use USPS Tracked. Most packages cost $12.25 to Canada. 

 

8 - If has to be like new. No smells. No smells. No smells. All tags attached.

 

9 - $20 Or Less bras cannot be returned.

 

10 - Items with a gusset cannot be returned.

 

11 - Shipping charges are yours.

 

12 - You have 14 days from the fulfillment date to process your Return.

 

13 - The return must be shipped within 3 days of the return request. Bras received beyond that are not eligible for a refund.

 

14 - Returns are automated. We cannot make any manual exceptions.
