Please read the details carefully:
1 - Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. We understand that sometimes it might take you a little longer, but please be mindful.
2 - There is a $10 deposit needed, this amount goes towards your purchase.
This is a security measure for everyone involved, as we are not a ground-floor retail space, it is important we take this extra step to confirm the identity of people in our showroom.
3 - If you miss your appointment you forfeit the $10 deposit.
4 - If you come and don't find anything you like, we refund you the $10.
5 - Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment or you forfeit the deposit.
6 - You can only cancel an appointment via email to: info@yourbrastore.com
7 - There is no bra fitting expertise or knowledge. Our staff are not trained bra fitters.
8 - Purchases made in-person are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges!!
9 - Our space is not accessible. You must climb a flight of stairs.
10 - Want to bring a friend? Great! But please let us know so we don't have too many people. We have a 3 shoppers max rule.
11 - We don't have a specific schedule yet, so please browse our openings.
12- No cash! All payments must be debit or credit.
13 - Receipts are sent via email only.
